Thank you for visiting SylCodeHub, an Internet property owned by Sylvaedra's echo limited. By accessing the Site, downloading any Content, registering for the Newsletter and Activity Material or purchasing a Membership, you agree to the Site Offerings Terms of Use.
The Website Privacy Policy for (“Privacy Policy”) and any applicable operating rules, policies and other supplemental Terms of Use or documents that may be published from time to time are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. All of these documents form a unified whole that is binding on all parties.

Definitions
SylCodeHub: SylCodeHub offers a wide range of software development courses that you can learn on the site, with our inline code editor. Get immediate practical skills and learn programming languages from scratch! If you already have some experience, this is your chance to up your game. Take lessons in anything from responsive web design to data visualization. We don’t restrict the number of courses you can attend. Furthermore, we don’t pressure you with deadlines and schedules, so you are free to set and follow your own learning pace. If you want to prepare for your first job interview there is an Interview Prep Section containing numerous questions in different areas. SylCodeHub was made with the purpose of providing its users with an accessible and user-friendly learning platform for those interested in front-end and back-end coding. The collection of courses covers different subjects, such as: Responsive Web Design, JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures, Front-End Libraries, Data Visualisation, APIs and Microservices, Information Security and Quality Assurance. Subscribers choose their own pace at which they will learn, there are no schedules or deadlines. They can take as many different courses as they wish. They can also test their knowledge and level of readiness for a coding job interview by going through our Interview Preparation Section.
SylCodeHub Content: All content that can be accessed, downloaded, and interacted with on the website. This includes, but is not limited to, interactive content, text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork, and more.
Membership:the agreement between the User and SylCodeHub to provide access to the Services for a period of time.
Payment Method:the credit card, debit card, PayPal account, or other payment method that the User uses to pay for their Membership.
Services:the interactive content, text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork and more that are available through the Membership.
Site Offerings: the Site, Services.
Social Media Pages: Pages hosted on third-party websites that are related to and are subject to the applicable agreements and Terms of Use of those Social Media Websites.
Social Media Websites: Third-party websites where 's Social Media Pages are hosted.
User: the person who registers for a Membership and provides their Payment Method information.

Agreement
You meet the minimum age requirement (18 years), you inhabit in one of the countries SylCodeHub is operating and you are legally able to enter into binding contracts, as per applicable law. This Agreement is the sole and complete understanding between you and SylCodeHub about your use of the Site Offerings. Any offers or products made available to you on the Site that enhance or complement the current features of the Site Offerings will be subject to this Agreement, unless stated otherwise. SylCodeHub is not responsible if you are unable to use the Site Offerings.
This Agreement may be revised or modified at any time without prior notification to you. Any disputes that occurred before the amendment of the Dispute Resolution Provisions, or charges incurred before the amendment of the Billing Provisions, will still be managed according to the Dispute Resolution Provisions and Billing Provisions in place at that time. Registration
In order to use certain Site Offerings, you may need to fill out a registration form (the “Form”). It will ask for information such as:
- Your name
- Mailing/billing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Credit card details (if buying Merchandise and/or Membership)
- Any other information SylCodeHub requests
By registering on SylCodeHub you agree to keep the information related to your security of the service confidential, to be responsible for all the consequences resulting from the use of your account and to pay your invoice every month until your subscription is terminated or cancelled.
Your Registration Data must be accurate, current, and complete in order for us to keep it up to date. You can at any time change your address, user details and update your payment methods via “My Account”. SylCodeHub will consider the person or entity who has access to the email address as the owner of the Membership SylCodeHub retains the right to reject and/or terminate your Registration at any time for any reason, such as if SylCodeHub believes you have breached the Agreement, are engaging in improper conduct, or are conducting unauthorised commercial activity.

Invoicing
Upon registering for a Membership to the SylCodeHub, the payment method you provided or updated later will be automatically charged for the fees mentioned above. The date of the payments depends on the plan you will choose as also mentioned above. There is no obligation to stay - you can cancel your membership at any time. All fees will be paid in advance of the services being provided. You agree that SylCodeHub can charge your Payment Method without additional authorization.
Once SylCodeHub has received your order, the services purchased will be available to you, according to the applicable terms. A confirmation email of your order with the description of the billing will be sent to the email you stated upon signing up for the subscription. If you have any queries regarding the delivery of your order, contact us at [email protected]. Sylvaedra's echo limited reserves the right to issue digital or physical invoices and to work with a third-party factoring company if credit card payment is not made. All communication will be electronic or over the phone.

Trial Period
By signing up for a membership through one of SylCodeHub campaigns, you give permission to SylCodeHub to deduct the trial period fee and then the complete recurring fee from the credit card you used upon continuing the service. When purchasing the trial subscription, you will not be charged for any undisclosed fees, just the amount mentioned in the campaigns. Your membership will be renewed automatically after the trial period and the date of the renewal depends on the plan you will choose. You can choose if the payment of the aforementioned fee will be conducted on your local price according to the “Pricing by country” list above or to the local currency of Republic of Ireland. You understand and accept that SylCodeHub will not require any additional authorization from you for this recurrent payment. Every time you use the Membership, you confirm that SylCodeHub has the right to charge your Payment Method and to apply the charges to the same.

Payment Methods
All payments are made in your local currency through SSL encrypted connection with maximum safety. You can also proceed with the payment in the local currency of Republic of Ireland. You acknowledge and agree that any card and related billing and payment information that you provide are not stolen and will be shared with a third-party partner (Payment processor and/or Acquirer). The processing of payment by other Payment Providers shall be governed by such Payment Provider’s terms of service and SylCodeHub is not responsible in any way for your relationship with any such Payment Providers or for the actions of any of these Payment Providers.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a discount on a subscription payment period without prior notification.
Accepted Cards: Visa and MasterCard.
In the event of failure on the collection of the Fees owed by you, you authorize SylCodeHub to retry and collect at a later time and SylCodeHub may in its sole discretion suspend or cancel your subscription without further notice. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, you remain responsible for the uncollected amounts and SylCodeHub may suspend your access to the services until the successfully charged of a valid Payment Method.
Billing Cycle: The Membership fee will be automatically deducted from your chosen Payment Method on the specific payment date mentioned in the reminder email. The duration of your billing cycle will vary depending on the subscription type you selected when signing up for the service. Your payment date may change if your payment method has not successfully settled or if you change your subscription plan. We have the sole discretion to provide a discount on a subscription payment plan without giving any prior notice.
SylCodeHub will notify you by a reminder email with the date and time of the expiration of the trial period, the invoice of your purchase and these terms of use, 7 days before your trial period expires, or immediately after the purchase, if the trial period is shorter than 7 days.
You acknowledge that you are responsible to ensure that your email can receive the confirmation and reminder emails. SylCodeHub is not responsible for any such failure and you are advised to provide an email service other than hotmail and gmail as those services may have issues regarding emails sent by SylCodeHub. If you have not received the emails, you may contact the Customer Support Centre.

Cancellation of Membership, Refunds and General Invoicing Provisions
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can immediately end your Membership with SylCodeHubat any time by clicking (“Cancel Subscription”) and following the available instructions or by contacting the customer’s support centre through email/phone. Your account will remain active until the next billing cycle..
SylCodeHuboffers a 100% refund if it is requested within 14 days of your purchase. No refunds will be given for Membership fees already paid. All Membership fees are non-refundable and will be shown on your Payment Method statement under the specified identifier. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with the decision of the customer’s support team.
SylCodeHubreserves the right to change their Billing Provisions at any time by posting the new fees on its Service. If you decide to continue using the Site or purchase a Membership after receiving the notice, you agree to be bound by the changes. By signing up with SylCodeHuband providing your Payment Method information, you are authorizing SylCodeHubto provide the Merchandise and bill you for it.

Termination
SylCodeHubreserves the right to terminate your access to its services at any time without prior notice if you violate any clause of this Agreement. Your access may also be terminated on the same terms due to failure of fulfillment of payment obligations, usage of the service that may pose a risk to SylCodeHubor other users, engagement in illegal activities unethical actions that could harm SylCodeHubor other users, suspected fraudulent account activity and participation in any other unacceptable behaviour described on the site and/or governing by the law.Upon termination, you acknowledge that SylCodeHubshall not refund any previously paid fees and you are obliged to pay any remaining charges prior to your termination.

Loss of Data, Content, and Capacity
If your Membership is canceled or terminated, the user account, data in the normal course of operation and content will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
The clauses of this Agreement relating to the protection and enforcement of SylCodeHubintellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification, limitation and governing law will remain valid after the cancelation or termination.

General Membership Terms
Membership to the SylCodeHubwebsite grants you access to various content, such as interactive content, text, audio, video, photographs, graphics, artwork and more (collectively referred to as “SylCodeHubContent”). SylCodeHubis solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness and usefulness of this content. SylCodeHubdoes not guarantee that all content posted by and through the website is accurate, and does not take any responsibility to monitor or police such content. You agree to release SylCodeHubfrom any liability in connection with any dispute between you and SylCodeHub.

User License
As a user of the Site, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Site Offerings. This license can be terminated by SylCodeHubat any time and for any reason. Unless given express permission by SylCodeHub, you may only use the Site Offerings for personal, non-commercial purposes. .
You agree and undertake not to:

- impersonate directly or indirectly any person or entity or provide SylCodeHubwith false information or otherwise engage with any form of manipulation to disguise your identity.
- disable or otherwise avoid any measures used to restrict access to SylCodeHubservices.
- sell for any commercial purposes access to SylCodeHubservices except as permitted.
- access or use the services in order to build a competitive product.
- remove or notify any copyright notices, restrictions and signs indicating proprietary rights.
- take any unreasonable actions that interfere the operation of SylCodeHubservices.
- to indemnify and hold harmless SylCodeHubfor any violations of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that SylCodeHubshall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site Offerings or any other services offered by them. This includes, but is not limited to, losses of profits, goodwill, data, use of the service, business interruption, inaccurate results, cost of recovering any data, cost of claims by third parties for damages to electronic devices and software or other intangible losses. SylCodeHubwill not be liable to you or any third party up to the fullest extent permitted by law. You and SylCodeHubcannot bring any action more than one year after the event which caused the cause of action. The negation of damages is a fundamental element of the agreement between you and SylCodeHub .

Proprietary Rights/Intellectual Property
The content provided by SylCodeHubservice including graphics, text, design, images, artwork, audio, video, documents, digital conversion, copyrightable materials, methods, algorithm, data, inventions, trade secrets, logos, domains, trademark, tradename, title, software, services and other matters relating to them, are all subject to applicable intellectual property, right, copyrights and trademarks.
Viewing any content does not grant you any ownership rights and posting any information or material through the site offering does not mean that any such rights have been waived. All rights of SylCodeHubor its licensors that are not expressly granted in this Agreement are reversed to SylCodeHuband its licensors.

Dispute Resolution
The Agreement shall be treated as if it were signed and carried out in Republic of Ireland and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland (without regard to conflict of law principles). If you have submitted a complaint to SylCodeHubbut you consider the answer to be unsatisfactory, you can submit a dispute for resolution via an arbitration Settlement Offer. The arbitration shall be conducted in Republic of Ireland by a single arbitrator. Unless specifically required by applicable law, each party will bear their own legal costs, regardless of who is deemed the winner in the arbitration. Even though SylCodeHubmay have the right to an award of lawyers’ fees and expenses if they are successful in arbitrating, they will not seek this from you unless the arbitrator finds that your claim was frivolous.
Furthermore, to the extent allowed by law, you agree not to initiate, join or take part in any class action lawsuit related to any claim, dispute or controversy that you have against SylCodeHuband/or its employees, officers, directors, members, representatives and/or assigns. You agree to the entry of an injunction to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit. You also agree to pay the legal fees and court costs incurred by SylCodeHubin seeking such relief. This provision preventing you from initiating, joining or participating in class action lawsuits: (A) does not waive any of your rights or remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a part of a class action in a binding arbitration as outlined above; and (B) is a separate agreement.

Notice for Claims of Copyright Violations
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, you can submit a copyright infringement notification by providing SylCodeHubwith the following information in writing:
- telephone number, address, and email address
- signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative acting on their behalf with a statement for the authorization
- description and details of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed and of where is located on the service.
- statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that there is no authorization by the law or the owner or its agent for the usage of the work and that the above information is accurate.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy
SylCodeHubcomplies with the applicable anti-corruption, anti-bribery and anti-money laundry laws and you acknowledge to also comply to all applicable laws including, local and Federal laws, EU directives and legally binding regulations, UN Convention and any other applicable laws such as the EU’s AML Directives, the UK Bribery, Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Transfer of Funds Act and Canada’s Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act.

Final Provisions
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the SylCodeHubSite Offerings. Using the Site Offerings means you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you don't agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, you cannot use the Site Offerings. This Agreement takes precedence over any inconsistent or conflicting provisions related to the Site Offerings. SylCodeHubinability to enforce any part of this Agreement does not mean SylCodeHubcannot enforce it in the future. This Agreement does not create any agency or partnership between the parties. Any part of this Agreement that is found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement and it will be interpreted according to applicable law. SylCodeHubcan assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party at any time without notice. The headings in this Agreement are for reference only and do not explain, limit, or define any section.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any breach or termination of this agreement due to a force majeure event; an unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the parties which among others includes act of God, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, epidemics, war, floods and earthquakes. The affected party shall duly notify the other party and do its best effort to minimize the impact on its obligations. Both parties can terminate in writing this agreement without liability, if the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days.

Feedback and Suggestions
Any suggestions and feedbacks provided to SylCodeHubare subject to SylCodeHub’s Intellectual Property and you acknowledge that SylCodeHubmay be used them for further development and improvement of the site offeringss, to enhance SylCodeHubdata security and fraud prevention capabilities and to comply with any applicable laws.
