Subscription and Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Options and Trial Period
As part of our membership options, Sylcodehub may offer a limited-time low cost trial to new users. By registering for a plan with Sylcodehub, you agree to have your card charged first for the trial fee, followed by the recurring subscription fee if you continue beyond the trial period. Once your account is created, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided, including details of your billing. A reminder email will also be issued—either seven days before your trial ends or immediately after purchase if the trial is shorter than seven days. This reminder outlines the trial’s expiration date, your invoice, and a copy of these Terms of Use. By starting a trial, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method when the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand. It is your responsibility to ensure you can receive confirmation and reminder emails. If you do not see these messages, please contact Customer Support.
2. Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods at the rate specified at the time of registration. You may cancel the renewal at any time.
3. Billing & Payment
All charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file. Your billing cycle is determined by the subscription plan selected at sign-up. Invoices and confirmations will be delivered by email. If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge, which could adjust your payment date. You are responsible for all pending charges until you cancel your plan. A convenience fee may be charged for card payments, ranging from €0.01 to €0.10. At our discretion, we may introduce discounts on subscriptions without prior notice. Payments are securely encrypted and may be handled by third-party providers (Payment Processors or Acquirers), whose terms also apply. We are not responsible for the actions of these third parties.
4. Cancelling Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure in your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, refunds are granted at our discretion. Sylcodehub may revise its Billing Terms at any time by publishing updated fees within the Service. Continued use of the platform or purchase of a Membership after such updates will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.
