1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Sylcodehub, a platform designed to deliver premium services and content to our users. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or other related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 3.2 Registration Process: You are required to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering for an account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information.

3.3 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED

Sylcodehub provides a wide range of digital content, including, but not limited to, streaming videos, articles, podcasts, and downloadable resources. The content provided is accessible only to registered users who have paid the applicable subscription fees or who are eligible for promotional access.

5. ACCOUNT CREATION, ACCESS, AND SECURITY

5.1 Account Creation: To access the premium content on Sylcodehub, users must create an account by providing the required information during the registration process.

5.2 Account Access: You will be granted access to your account upon successful registration and payment, where applicable.

5.3 Security: You agree to take all necessary steps to protect the confidentiality of your login details, including using strong passwords and securing your devices. You are responsible for any activities conducted under your account.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

6.1 Subscription Fees: The Services may require payment of subscription fees to access certain content. All fees are specified during the registration process and are recurring unless otherwise specified. The fees may vary depending on the subscription plan you choose.

6.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through third-party providers, such as PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

6.3 Changes to Fees: We may modify the fees from time to time by posting the changes in the website.

7. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND TRIAL PERIOD

7.1 Trial Period: As part of our membership options, Sylcodehub may offer a limited-time low cost trial to new users. By registering for a plan with Sylcodehub, you agree to have your card charged first for the trial fee, followed by the recurring subscription fee if you continue beyond the trial period. Once your account is created, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided, including details of your billing. A reminder email will also be issued—either seven days before your trial ends or immediately after purchase if the trial is shorter than seven days. This reminder outlines the trial’s expiration date, your invoice, and a copy of these Terms of Use. By starting a trial, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method when the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand. It is your responsibility to ensure you can receive confirmation and reminder emails. If you do not see these messages, please contact Customer Support.

7.2 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods at the rate specified at the time of registration. You may cancel the renewal at any time.

7.3 Billing & Payment: All charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file. Your billing cycle is determined by the subscription plan selected at sign-up. Invoices and confirmations will be delivered by email. If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge, which could adjust your payment date. You are responsible for all pending charges until you cancel your plan. A convenience fee may be charged for card payments, ranging from €0.01 to €0.10. At our discretion, we may introduce discounts on subscriptions without prior notice. Payments are securely encrypted and may be handled by third-party providers (Payment Processors or Acquirers), whose terms also apply. We are not responsible for the actions of these third parties.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

8.1 Cancelling Subscription: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure in your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

8.2 Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, refunds are granted at our discretion. Sylcodehub may revise its Billing Terms at any time by publishing updated fees within the Service. Continued use of the platform or purchase of a Membership after such updates will be treated as acceptance of the new terms.

9. USE OF THE SERVICES

9.1 Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Distribute any of our content without permission.
  • Engage in activities that could harm the Services or other users.

10. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

10.1 User Content: If the Services allow you to upload, share, or post content (e.x. feedback), you retain ownership of such content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and distribute it as part of our platform.

10.2 It’s mutual agreed that Sylcodehub will have no liability for any claims and/or disputes between you and Sylcodehub.

10.3 Conduct Guidelines: You agree not to post any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
  • Promotes illegal activities or contains malware.

11. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS

11.1 License Grant: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use our Services as permitted by these Terms.

11.2 License Restrictions: You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services.
  • Use our Services to create competing services.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer any of the rights granted hereunder.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services and Content, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Sylcodehub or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Services.

12.2 Copyright Infringement: If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please follow the procedure outlined in Section 22 for submitting a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notice.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

13.2 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you, regardless of the claim, shall be limited to the amount you have paid to access the Services in the six months preceding the incident that gave rise to the liability.

14. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

14.1 Service Availability: We make no guarantees regarding the availability of the Services at all times. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that your access will be uninterrupted.

14.2 No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is," and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sylcodehub and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

16.1 Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16.2 Data Security: We implement industry-standard measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

17. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COMPLIANCE

17.1 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CFT).

17.2 Verification: We may request additional verification for users making large transactions or those that we suspect may be engaging in illicit activities.

18. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

18.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or via your account settings.

18.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful activities.

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ireland. We operate in full compliance with applicable EU consumer protection and product liability legislation, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and all relevant national implementations. We do not limit or exclude liability where doing so would be contrary to EU law. Within the limits permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, consumers may refer disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

20. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify or update these Terms at any time, and the revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted will signify your acceptance of the changes.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please submit a DMCA notice with the necessary details as required by law.
